UGL Grupp och Ledarskap is a public course for anyone who wants to learn group dynamics and leadership in the spirit of Swedish UGL (Utveckling Grupp och Ledare). It is not an employee-only tool, not an intranet, and not locked to one company. Anyone can create an account or try the guest demo. Six original chapters cover how groups develop, belonging and openness, feedback, situational leadership, conflict, and patterns under pressure, with quizzes, a final exam, and optional progress tracking. Learning is free. After the final exam you may unlock a one-time in-app completion certificate (org.ugl.cert.once) for this app's course only. Not created or certified by the Swedish Defence University (Försvarshögskolan, FHS). Not the official five-day UGL course and not a facilitator credential. Need help?
