The app is quite impressive. I do wish the blue tooth coupling worked better. The phone doesn't stay coupled even though it remains well within the 50 ft required distance. Almost every time, if over several hours, when I want to change the mode or the volume in a mode the app has to recouple to the hearing amplifiers in both ears instead of running in the background and being ready for a change. The delay is quite annoying.

I had a pair of $4,000.00 hearing aids for a 45 day free trial. None of the user programmable features worked with an Android phone. The HA-802 with this app is far superior to the $4,000.00 hearing aids. Setup and operation is easy, straightforward and gives all of the necessary adjustments needed to customize for individual preferences.

I like the fact that I can make these hearing aids applicable to different environments. I really like to have control on the various frequency adjustments. I love the hearing test and optimization. This is how you should have control over your hearing aids.
