I reported bugs, but got no reply whatsoever, nor the bugs were resolved. I have been using this app for almost a year, I use it every couple of days, and recently I noticed it is impossible to enter accurate value and weight of the parcel, the app simply defaults all weights to 1 kg and all values to 1 EUR. Also, my post office doesn't see the declarations in the system anymore, where before they were visible after I entered them, so scanned parcels were automatically in evidence.

I've utilized this app for nearly two years. However, today, I encountered an issue where I couldn't create any declarations; each attempt resulted in a "declaration submission failed" error. Even after attempting on a friend's phone, we both encountered the same error message. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

Stupid App, saying that it is prohibited to send Toys, Mobile Case (case only) and book from Iran to Canada! Well, I ordered all these from Aliexpress and they arrived on time. The app is showing wrong info.
