poor user interface and significant friction of use, constantly trying to understand how to operate and missing features

For the last several days, I have been trying to update this site and the cursor is still spinning without opening! Even as I visit the website on the desk computer, there still seems to be an error to log in to my account. I'm not too please with this new setup. What is going on because this new site has been active for a while now?! (I am unable to visit my account; and that new service when you call, I'm not keen on that either! 🤨
