Can someone explain why a separate app is needed for the VACU credit card? This is the only institution that does this...it's inconvenient and nonsensical. I cannot log in with the same creditionals as the regular app. The frustration makes me want to close all my accounts. Get with the times people...you are so behind and you are embarrassing yourselves.

I'm sure it needs time because it's new, but I didn't see the need for the change in the first place. Managing my cards from the VACU app was convenient and easy to use already. This new app is making things a lot harder than it needs to be by requiring another log in, manually entering info for each card, and not syncing account info properly.

The main app has flaws, but it was convenient to manage my cards in one place. I don't see the point of making an additional app when the features should have just been upgraded into the main app for more convenience for the people who use the app a lot. Who wants to open two apps to do something? Maybe it can be good for some, but you should've left the feature in the original app instead of completely getting rid of it. But forget the consumers' opinions, right? I would rather use the browser.
