Pastelings is a gentle coloring book for young children. Every page your child colors becomes a living friend: a cow walks around the farm, a bus drives through town, a butterfly flutters in the garden, a dino stomps through Dino Land.

Five living worlds
Ocean, Farm, Garden, Town and Dino Land are painted scenes with 84 coloring pages to bring to life. Finished pages move about in 11 kinds of motion. Tap a creature and it jumps, squashes and sparkles, its sound plays and a warm voice says its word. Tap the scenery for bubbles, petals and leaves.

Hear and learn words
A warm voice names what your child taps: every animal, vehicle, plant and color, in 20 languages. Switch the language under Grown-ups and the same pictures speak another language.

Colors, glitter and patterns
24 colors (the voice says each name), plus glitter, shiny, patterns (dots, stripes, stars, hearts, zigzag) and rainbow. Tap Done for a celebration with stars, confetti and spoken praise. My Art keeps every finished page, with a time-lapse replay and re-coloring.

Calm by design
Nobody fails here: there are no timers, no scores and no wrong answers. Every tap has a soft sound, each world has its own calm music, and the voice is warm and pre-recorded. Parents can switch on Calm mode for slower motion, no confetti and quieter sound. An optional numbers mode (for kids who know their numbers) shows numbers in the areas; a wrong color only gives a gentle wiggle and never blocks.

Free to start, one-time unlock
The whole Ocean world (16 pages) and 2 pages in every other world are free, plus a Pattern of the day (a daily mandala) and a daily surprise gift page. One "Unlock everything" purchase opens the other 60 pages and every world and page added later. No ads, no subscription, no account.

Made for families
A child who taps a locked page sees an "Ask a grown-up!" card, with no price and no store. Purchases, settings and links sit behind a parent gate (hold for 3 seconds, then solve a sum). Pastelings has no ads, no analytics and no accounts, and collects no personal data from children. It works offline and goes online only to check, buy or restore the unlock.

Available in 21 languages: English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Cornish, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog/Filipino and Vietnamese. The spoken voice speaks 20 of them (all but Cornish).
