I like Vitalent as a blood donation provider. They work with me patiently to get a good pint out, and they have nice snacks. Everyone is always kind, and treats everyone like valuable people. The app navigates like the Titanic, but it does make appointments successfully. Be prepared to be logged out frequently, to have to re-enter your details every time you hit the back button, and for your password not to be stored. Oh, and to get locked out and need to reset your password at random intervals.

*Edit* - I logged in via the internet and had to do a mandatory password change. Then I tried the app again and it worked. I took one star off because they made me change my password and I couldn't use a previously used password. Dumb. Will not even let me log in. Just keeps "thinking" and the screen never changes. I've tried reinstalling the app multiple times and going through the setup process again (which it wouldn't let me do because I already have an account) but nothing works.

Thrilled to finally see an app to streamline the process. I really wanted to love this. Unfortunately, it won't let me past the time block selection to book an appointment (Android). Also wish that clicking "back" from that dead end hadn't sent be back to the beginning of the scheduling process, including location finding.

Once on Step 3 in the Appointment section: - Click the "Click to expand/Collapse calendar" copy above the date you select - Pick the time slot you would like as well as "Confirm Date & Time" Hoping this helps!
