The app works better overall after the March 2024 update, but still some issues. For example, I booked an appointment and when I clicked on the "add to calendar button" it added a 10:30 am appointment instead of the correct time that I made the appointment for (5:30 pm). I checked to make sure the time zone was correct on my calendar, so not sure how it translated the time wrong.

I like Vitalent as a blood donation provider. They work with me patiently to get a good pint out, and they have nice snacks. Everyone is always kind, and treats everyone like valuable people. The app navigates like the Titanic, but it does make appointments successfully. Be prepared to be logged out frequently, to have to re-enter your details every time you hit the back button, and for your password not to be stored. Oh, and to get locked out and need to reset your password at random intervals.

This app is a good attempt for a nonprofit organization, but it is pretty dreadful and unstable. I should just be able to pick a center and have it pop up for me to see appointment times - but no, it wants to "help me", even though I have several errands to run and will not be anywhere near my current location at the appointment time. Lots of little irritating flaws add up to an overall negative experience. Please, Vitalent, improve your app so I can use it and rate it higher.
