This app does not work at all. The app crashes when opening. Tried uninstall and reinstall. It still crashes. Vitalant tech support does not help at all, they suggested stuff i told them I already tried in my email. Then they replied it must be a compatibility issue.....with a Samsung S22 Ultra? i doubt it. Y'all need to fix your app. It's obvious from the reviews.

The app is nice and simple. However, I found it very difficult to find an appointment and location that worked best for me because of how the app works when making an appointment. It doesn't allow you to filter/sort results so they were all over the place (I think they were listed in order of closest to farthest from the area code you're searching?). What would have been ideal is if I could click on a location and get a list of dates/times available at that location.

Maybe it's just me, but I have had many problems getting signed in the past and now with the new app I still have problems. I keep getting a message that it doesn't recognize my email or password ( same ones i have had for years). Then when I'm out of patience it will work, sometimes???? What has always worked best for me is a call to the local center for my Platelet donation and fill out the questionnaire when I get there! I really have tried.
