The app is nice and simple. However, I found it very difficult to find an appointment and location that worked best for me because of how the app works when making an appointment. It doesn't allow you to filter/sort results so they were all over the place (I think they were listed in order of closest to farthest from the area code you're searching?). What would have been ideal is if I could click on a location and get a list of dates/times available at that location.

The app is very laggy, and I frequently have to close it and restart to be able to navigate around it or have appointment times displayed. It's just a less convenient want to do what used to be easy on the website, except I have to take up unnecessary space on my phone to do it.

The app works better overall after the March 2024 update, but still some issues. For example, I booked an appointment and when I clicked on the "add to calendar button" it added a 10:30 am appointment instead of the correct time that I made the appointment for (5:30 pm). I checked to make sure the time zone was correct on my calendar, so not sure how it translated the time wrong.
