I use to love this app. I used it all the time. Now map and search don't function. It seems like they were hacked or their system crashed and they have done nothing to fix it. It has been well over a month since it went bad. I sent an email back then and I have had no response. As others have stated, this is not a reflection on their agents. Everyone I have met has been fantastic. However I would think they would want the system to work, so potential buyers can look at your listings???

App needs lots of work. You shouldn't get email notifications regarding properties that you have already hidden as non-candidates. On the list page, the sq ft should be included in the bullet points. You should be able to arrange the search and lists by ANY feature. How do you NOT include the option to arrange by square footage? That is insane! The app is slow to respond to commands as well. Feels very dated. Other real estate apps blow this out of the water. Wake up Shorewest!

It doesnt save search data so you have to re-input it every time you open the app. It doesnt update when properties accept an offer, leading to a lot of frustration and waste of communication between me and realtors.
