VyStar Card Control provides you direct access to your VyStar Debit, Business Debit, HELOC, and Health Savings Account Card.

Take control of your card with these features:
• Turn your card on/off with ease if your card is misplaced, to prevent fraudulent activity or even to control spending.

• Be alerted of transactions in real-time
• Establish spending limits and get alerted when transactions are above your limit.

Unable to login to use the app. Tells you to sign in first using the VyStar banking mobile app, and then when you're able to do that, go back to this app and nothing happens. Takes you right back to having to sign in the banking app, which causes an infinite loop. When choosing the option to sign in using your online credentials (username and password), it tells you that information is invalid.

I am completely unable to log in to the app. Whenever I log in to the vystar banking app like it tells me to, I go back here, and the app tells me to do it again in an infinite loop. If I try logging in manually with my exact same online banking username and password, it tells me I've entered invalid information. I have no idea if the two apps have different account systems, but I wouldn't even be able to make an account in that case because logging into the mobile banking app does nothing.

11/29 update, installed the app to try the fix the server is still unreachable. Who's doing your beta testing? 11/14 Update, Gave this another try. Still no change. Server is unreachable. I've used the lock card feature from other Banks and definitely gives peace of mind. It's integrated into one app. 10/17 Update: I tried using the integration on the main app. You deceived me, the function is not on the main app. It is a link to the useless Vystar Card Control app that at the moment doesn't work due to server being unreachable. Excited I can lock my cards for security however right now 10/16/2018 the Server is unreachable... Saw someone else say they have the same problem with Android version 9. I tried the website and it's up and running but lacks the card locking option. Can this functionality be provided in the website? Why a separate app for this? Could this function be integrated into the main vystar app?
