I am unable to get into the app after having tech support add another patient on to the account. I was told it works better on a computer, which is not always accessible. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. I had the app for awhile on my phone with no problem until second patient was added to the account. This app should get zero stars.

Absolutely awful on a mobile Android device. I can login only once, then the next time it doesn't recognize me. Offers biometrics but doesn't offer any time to register those. Only way to use the app is to clear cache, uninstall and reinstall. Then s works...only once. Rinse and repeat. Mr Murphy, the CEO of Nuvance, earns over $13,000,000 a year. How about spending a few of those bucks to make an app that works?
