SLOW!!! Worst app ever! Want to make a quick transfer? Nope, not going to happen. Quickly check balances? Nope, not that either. This is by far the slowest app EVER. It often takes several minutes to log in, and then maneuvering within the app is painfully slow too. Error messages are often, and all the security updates can lock you out. They say they want to help, but don't bother calling in as they ask, their IT people are no help at all. Our other banks' apps are 100% better!

At a glance this is a good app but once you begin to use it more and more you start seeing all of the bugs and stuff. For instance, when you make with the APA teams as too many transfers you cannot make any more transfers. Along with this at some of the other reviews have stated the app does crash after using it consistently on its own so if you check your bank statement and then log out and close the app completely the Apple continue to crash on its own. But in retrospect it is a good app. Just a lot of bugs

This update is a step back from the previous version. I am forced to authenticate more than once everytime I try to open a session, with a pop up in between attempts to authenticate, saying my session has timed out. I appreciate that the developers made the fonts bigger. Suggest to add functionality for users to pinch to zoom in or zoom out in the transaction screen so users can control font size, and what on-lookers can see from a close proximity.
