App login is always having issues. I literally have to do the biometric 4 times with 4 different codes to get it to keep me logged in. Or it'll just crash. It's by far the most frustrating banking app I have on my phone. I wish I could just take off the two step verification all together but I don't have that option.

As a former CCFCU member, I'm pretty disappointed with this application. I regret not voting against this merge. Probably, the outcome would have been the same, but still. It takes forever to post the transactions. You never really know what's your balance is, and that never happened with CCFCU's application. Missed the chat functionality, and I missed the structure of the application. Everything was so easy. I'm already looking for a CU similar to CCFCU.

This update is a step back from the previous version. I am forced to authenticate more than once everytime I try to open a session, with a pop up in between attempts to authenticate, saying my session has timed out. I appreciate that the developers made the fonts bigger. Suggest to add functionality for users to pinch to zoom in or zoom out in the transaction screen so users can control font size, and what on-lookers can see from a close proximity.
