Horrible and slow app! I recently opened an account with Wescom, and am I ever disappointed. The app is slow, but what is horrible is their mobile deposit snapdeposit. It does not work. It takes the picture, but I then get a message saying that the MICR numbers could not be seen on the check. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, hoping that it would work. I cannot get past this message. It's annoying and frustrating. What's the point of a mobile app if you can't do what you need.

Everytime I try to transfer money from one account to another I get the "Oops, failure to send" message. Super annoying to pay my credit card as well. I have several accounts with other banks and it's really easy to move money around. Please fix your app asap. Most likely gonna pull my money and bank elsewhere soon.

Every since they switched to this new version, I have been having issues getting it to open once I sign in. The page just stays in loading mode and never opens so I can't even view my balances. I'm forced to sign in on the website. I've already informed Wescom and they told me someone will reach out to me in a couple of days..I hope they get this fixed soon. Even tried uninstalling the app and still encountered the same issue
