Wesley Connect provides online access to a consumer portal with a variety of online tools. Wesley Family Services offers a mission-centric approach, to empower children, adults and families by providing transformational care, that is founded on our care model, Quality Whole Person Care (QWPC). In order to most effectively provide, recommend, prescribe and facilitate care, we examine an individual’s overall well-being. This type of care stems from assessing and addressing the full spectrum of an individual’s needs, and requires a person-centered, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach built on the cornerstone that every individual is valuable, has purpose, and gifts and talents that are uniquely theirs.
