Works well most of the time... very useful app. When it works I like it however it tends to lose connection to the ip cam for unknown reasons. It is not other people trying to use the same cam or wrong ip address. But it frequently comes up and says that it could not connect/find the cam. Most of the time it is just a small nuisance, however there are times when it is very bad and you cannot use it reliably. It also does not have a viewer of what the camera is seeing wi h would be nice to have.

This is the best camera control app I have found for PTZOptics cameras. Clean and simple. I have purchased both the IOS and Android versions. 2 requests to make it even better.. Please move the delete button further away from the close button when adding a camera... It's easier to hit than you think... Also... I would love a backup option somthing to save camera settings and presets whether local or cloud.

This app used to be fantastic. I’ve used it for years with minimal issues. But after last year’s update, it crashes nonstop. Today it crashed seve during a live event while I was moving the camera, and it kept spining, everytime tried to get back in to fix it kept crashing, embarrassing. I’ve cleared cache, reinstalled, everything.. works for a bit then crashes. Using presets with captured camera image almost guarantee a crash. If they don’t stabilize this app soon, I’ll need to find a new app.
