Making of the Alphabets for the Gaita Koitor (Muria Far Western) was a process through several years. The Linguistics team had started learning the language from 2004 and they have made an Orthography and an alphabet Chart in the year 2007.
There were a lot of discussions and analysis done with the help of language development committee and literacy consultants.
