Registered the app, set-up was done for watch etc & all was good, but then I logged out & when I tried to log in again I couldn't. I got a password error & when I got the code to change the password, it said no device registered. I registered again & now I get "there is already a device registered, please call the administrator. What now...?????
14/4/17 there is still an error!! Hurry fix it!! Why after the update I cannot log in? Says account error?? Please sort this out as my son has only had this watch for 4 days and this already!!! Come on!
Since update, I'm not able to access the app. Showing msg network error. Please fix it asap. Not able to reach my kid. 13.4.17 can't access again. Account error. Pls do fix it asap.

Hai semua.. app ni bagus, jika anda ada masalah anda terus sahaja adukan kepada pihak mereka melalui email. Mereka akan memberikan maklum balas secepat mungkin bagi membantu anda. Saya sudah buat.sekarang saya boleh menggunakan jam ini semula 😍
Already worked it out...you have to configure the apn on the watch before using this app...it works well after it. It looks ok now!
