bought lifetime subscription,the changed my device, though login with same email but now asking for money, and upon emailing the concern , he is just giving vague responses and after every three emails ask for proof of payment, i gave then no response. EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED<

Im facing the same issue as beun visie, bought the premium subscription for a year but only can use to 1 tv device.

subscribe for 6months but after 3months can't open. took the cash and ran away
