2 update ago, this app was fine. Now, the apps notifications will go off, even if your phone is on silent. If there is a client in the car, it forces you to have to handle your phone while driving to respond to whatever it wants. This app can no longer be muted. If there are any changes at the office, the notifications go off, (even if you're sleeping) while your phone is on silent. Too many other problems to list! @?#&! this app and it's developer!

You can control all Sound Settings for GroundPad by logging in and going to Settings -> Sounds. You can disable all sounds by switching the Application Sounds option to OFF, or individual sounds (such as Job Offer Countdown) by setting them to Silent. You should also logout of the app at the end of every shift and not have it run while sleeping.

Have galaxy S10+ some jobs I just can't accept on a regular basis. And today for whole day I can't login. It's giving me the message "Custom dispatch status could not be loaded. Please login again." Don't know what to do, it's very inconvenient, my dispatch is going crazy, cause now I have to text him when job is started and finished, tolls that I used. So how do I fix it?

Missed out on work again yesterday because i never got new job notification even though sound alerts are turned on. i don't get notified of new jobs UNLESS i log back in AFTER dispatch sends me the run. Serious flaw. Other then that, the app works well during an actual job.
