About this app

GroundPad enables the chauffeur to receive reservation and related information directly onto their mobile device along with other critical dispatch communication. Enabling chauffeurs with real time two-way communications, such as specific pickup location details, turn by turn directions, flight status updates and important instructions reduces delays and puts you ahead.

Have galaxy S10+ some jobs I just can't accept on a regular basis. And today for whole day I can't login. It's giving me the message "Custom dispatch status could not be loaded. Please login again." Don't know what to do, it's very inconvenient, my dispatch is going crazy, cause now I have to text him when job is started and finished, tolls that I used. So how do I fix it?

Groundpad support is non existent. Why doesnt Groundpad have an Android version of their application? App does not work properly with Android phones. in order to populate next screen in app you have to sign out and back in. in many cases confirmed trips will not move to accepted. call to IT department and they tell you it was designed for Apple version. Most apps offer both Apple and Android versions . Groundpad does not. Disappointing customer service

this app use to be great. there was an update done several months ago that made it almost horrible. I'm an android user. when I log in, go to my jobs, it takes forever now. I mean like 5 or more minutes. if I didn't need it for work, I'd get rid of it and use something different.
