This application is designed and developed by Osource (Osource Global Pvt.Ltd). This mobile application is a part of Onex – Service Industry ERP suite. Onex ERP consists of business functions like CRM, Project Management, HRM, Finance & Accounts, Document Management. Out of these business functions, Osource has introduced employee centric business activities through mobile application to manage & track employee related activities such as Job/Project approval, Time Management, Expense reimbursement, and leave management. This app uses workflow defined in the ERP suite and routes the individual transactions to respective employees/associates.

Following are the key business features of the application:

1.Dashboard: This summarized reports about Utilization of Resources, Non Submission of time, task overdue and overrun ratio. These dashboards are available for the last week, last month and year-to-date.

2.Time Sheet Entry: Employees are allowed to input their respective time against job/project they have worked on.

3.Expense Sheet: Any expenses incurred for the execution of the job/project, employees can use this option to submit their expenses.

4.Approval: Reporting managers will have an option to approve or reject their team’s requests such as time sheet, expense sheet, Job/Project, Invoice etc.

5.People Search- This option allows all users to search for contact details of everyone working within Osource and this also allows users to call or email using this application.

6.Contact Search- This option allows all users to search for contact details of customers where the user is mapped and this also allows users to call or email using this application.

7.Prospect- This option enables business development team to create new prospects and the user can also create contact details of the new prospects.

8.Mark Attendance: OnexMobile app having features of mark attendance with geo fencing.

Ratings and reviews

Third class app in one word not ever properly working in high speed internet, speed more than 35 mb/sec but what it showing seems there are connectivity issue. I don't know how much internet required for a smooth experience. Lots of peoples salary depended on this app only so be serious don't play with people otherwise if people start playing then this app will be vanish from playstore.

half of the time it doesnt works, offline ounches are only done at one place department punches doesn't takes, can check, very slow to open up.

Worst app I have ever used and not suitable for any purpose. Our whole system is running on this app and no one feels good about this app and not supporting to wifi most of the time . Most of the time showing bug reportand not working even after they created QR for using this app. Worst worst worst app for staffs
