Mobile App is FLAWLESS! ❤️ Can watch any program with not a single issue bbbuuuuuuttttttttt...... that Firestick App is TRASH. 😡 Can not watch 2 minutes of ANYTHING without the app crashing and getting "Playback Failed" pop-up message. I've Uninstaller and re-installed, bought a different Firestick, etc. and nothing will ever play. Ended up finding multiple posts on different social media platforms with folks experiencing the same issue.

The worst part about this app is the sound. it's like when you come across a bad tubi movie. The music in the background drowns out the voices. You have to keep adjusting your volume as you're watching a show. Because sometimes it gets really loud and then sometimes you can barely hear anything at all it's extremely frustrating I would have never paid for the subscription. If they are trying to compete or compare to Zeus then they have a long way to go.

The layout isn't the best. You have to specifically type in the name of a show to see the all of the seasons available. Also the videos should at least have an option to put them in order. The resume now tab isn't showing up even though the option is turned on. In picture in player, when you pause the video you can't unpause it the same way you have to open the video back up. The content is the only thing keeping this from being 1 star
