As soon as I updated a few days ago, my account seems to be gone. It was working just fine before. My login is saved and fills in automatically but now it won't work. And when you try to reset the password or anything, it doesn't recognize my account. Online I see a lot of people having this issue. Please fix whatever yall did bc I "was" enjoying the app/subscription until all of this mess. (And it's not just the app, it's your platform bc I cant access it on a computer or through the web anymor

The layout isn't the best. You have to specifically type in the name of a show to see the all of the seasons available. Also the videos should at least have an option to put them in order. The resume now tab isn't showing up even though the option is turned on. In picture in player, when you pause the video you can't unpause it the same way you have to open the video back up. The content is the only thing keeping this from being 1 star

Update: I entered my login info thru SIGN UP... and it logged me into my account lol. Just letting yall know in case yall still can't login. It made me update the app. Now that I've update I can't even login. I tried to reset password and now it's saying they don't recognize my email. Tf am I paying for something that I haven't been able to watch. And you can't get ahold of customer service. Smh.
