About this app

Extinguish turn your screen off but keep your device wake ( not going to the lock screen ), which let other apps run on screen off.
Extinguish can achieve the following behaviors: turn off the screen and hang up, temporarily turn off the screen when listening to others while getting note, listen to videos with your screen off, etc. In daily usage, the screen consumes about 10% to 20% of your device's power consumption. And on OLED screen, the screen is lit for a long time or displaying one screen for a long time may lead to screen burn. But with Extinguish you can avoid all of these.

It works perfect for listening to videos at night. The button seemed to move by itself sometimes, but using the volume keys worked every time to wake the screen.

It works very well however, I wish there was an option to turn off the screen directly instead of relying on a floating controller.

The app is not working in android 14. I'm using custom ROM Android 14. It is giving me a json code when I press on floating button please fixed this issues this was one of my favorite app.

This version is now supporting Android 14.
All run modes are now supporting Android 14, but some of them may not work properly on some devices. If the run mode you selected does not work properly, please change the run mode.
