Can't login just keep continue popping out "login failed can't process request at this time. please try again later" it's been a month already and same pop up. already clear cache no changes. kindly fix this. I try to uninstall and reinstall it to see it will fix the issues and there's still no changes it show try again later.

The application is consistently failing to operate correctly, exhibiting repeated crashes and an inability to load properly. Furthermore, attempts to register a new account have been unsuccessful, with the process not completing as intended. This situation is proving to be quite inconvenient, as the expected functionality is not being met. The problem has persisted for nearly an hour, during which time the performance has been exceptionally slow.

Every time I tried to log in it always says ' log in failed' even if I entered correctly my email and password. I will update my feedback if they could do something about it.
