My account always got locked even I have type the correct password after resetting. You need to upgrade your system. It is hassle to the customers to get back and forth to unlock just to get it locked again because your system is faulty. Thank you and I hope this feedback would help you!!!

Not easy-to-use!!! I've been trying to log in since yesterday and also this is my first time, however, I haven't received any email from them regarding my temporary password! It's been more than 24 hours already, and until now I haven't received any!!! Done with the trouble shooting but still didn't work!! Trash app even the website!

Before I downloaded the app I read the reviews and made sure I copy the password that I used to register yet I was locked out even though the info I put in was accurate (last time I was locked out of something was ages ago because I know my passwords). It's very inconvenient to recover the account since you need to call or visit a branch. It's ironic since one of the main reasons why there's an app is to avoid traffic in branches. Please fix
