I couldn't access my account eventhough I was certain the data I input was accurate. This happened several times already until my account was locked. I tried to chat with an agent but it takes too long and you couldn't return to the conversation when you exit the app. Please improve the app.

received a message that account has been activated but unable to login and saying that incorrect info's! tried to choose forgot my pw but im'm stuck on the page that needs to verify my email but it won't send any verification! kindly fix the issue since you're not having any issues in collecting contributions!

Kindly improve your application. I have correctly input my data- email address and password, however it says that my data is incorrect even tho i entered it correctly 😒 O can't proceed to my application. You have to do several attempts and it keeps logging out😒
