PANGLIMA (Guidelines for Regional Development and Joint Investment) is a digital innovation in the field of spatial planning and information on investment potential in Riau Province in a mobile form built by the Land and Spatial Planning Sector of Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, Residential Areas and Land Affairs of Riau Province in collaboration with the Riau Province One Stop Investment and Licensing Service.
This application allows users to find out and analyze spatial spatial data and investment potential data in Riau Province through an Android-based smartphone in real time.
This application is designed to increase citizen participation in decision-making processes related to spatial planning, licensing procedures, suitability of spatial use activities (KKPR) and information on investment potential in Riau Province.
