Unable to login to app - after entering username and password, it gives message loading.. but does not do anything. Looks like system is down. There should be someway to report when the app is not working without login. Pls fix.

Why is there a charge for payments via credit card? No businesses charge for cc payments, and being a govt agency, MCR charges should not be passed on to the customer. Already hefty taxes being levied, atleast with CC customers can get some relief. Also, unlike other muncipalities such as Pune, Mumbai, why is PMC not registered as a biller with any payment platforms such as amazon, googlepay and so on? Please look into this as it can be highly beneficial for people as well as ease of access

I was paying online for my tax bill name change using the app and three times I got error and deducted amount from my account, horrible and worst app for online bill payments
