My name change application was rejected with comments asking for previous owner Index-2. This was in fact part of the uploaded Sales deed documentation, hence the rejection was unnecessary. Now I am unable to login and reapply because for many days the OTP is not received. The app interface is having many such errors.

I've NEVER EVER seen or used such a horrible app before in my life.... Such a bloody pathetic app. 2 weeks ago it tried registering my mobile no. with the app for the property tax... till 3 days ago it said application under process.... SUDDENLY THERES AN APP UPDATE AND FINISHED.... LOOKS LIKE THEYVE MANAGED TO CRASH THEIR OWN APP... Now theres straight an error message saying "Something went wrong, Please try later" when i feed in the UPIC ID. WORST APP EVER!!!!

This application and its services are quite disappointing. It does not display the uploaded documents or provide any reason if the application is rejected. Additionally, there is no option to edit submitted details — instead, users are asked to reapply, which results in a significant delay of 30–45 days, causing unnecessary frustration and time loss.
