About this app

HAP Counter is the point-of-sale till for staff running a stall or stand at a HAP event.

A device is paired to a counter with a join code from your event organizer. On first login, the till asks you to set a PIN — used afterwards to quickly unlock the till between customers.

All payment is online, through the customer's HAP Pay wallet — there is no cash handling:
• Scan the customer's QR code to charge their wallet directly
• Or show your counter's QR code for the customer to scan with their own phone — they confirm the payment by entering their PIN

Sellers can:
• Take orders and accept wallet payment as above
• View live stock levels for everything the counter sells

Supervisors can also:
• Manage stock — activate or deactivate items, record wastage and write-offs
• Approve and issue refunds


Built for the floor of an event
• Event organizers can push urgent messages (like a stop-sales order) straight to every counter

HAP Counter is staff-only software for events using the HAP platform.
