Ridiculously overpriced fares. At first it all seemed great, I'd be able to get my tickets for the week/month online without needing to keep every single physical paper that I was given at the terminal. naturally I was expecting a Tax over the original price, I thought 20, 25, maybe even 33% extra would be worth it, but I realized it was not 33%, or 50%, they're charging over a 100% fee for a 2 hour route of a widely used company. Absolutely abusive fares, especially for students.

It was easy to book, I was able to choose my seats, on the day I had a text reminder of my booking & a further update with the bus number reserved for my journey. It also appears to give you the option to change or transfer your ticket should your plans change I have now reduced my rating, it locked me out, won't let me reset my password, I have asked for assistance but given up and created a new account but can't delete the old one, as I keep being told to log in, yet how when I can't log in!

so complicated and unnecessarily preachy conditions about no screenshots and having compulsory mobile data. low budget travellers can't afford mobile data - this feels unfair
