Ratings and reviews

Perhaps the shittiest support you will get from their highly unprofessional and untrained team. While onboarding asked if corporate cards and amex etc are all active and was told yes. But when the customer complained they were unable to pay I had to raise a request for amex card activation. Chat support doesn't work. Their representatives say will get back in 5 min...don't call me every minute. I just gave 1 missed call! Been an hour.... Lost payment as a result. Pathetic experience!

Very worst experience. Without any reason, they are keeping the settlement on hold even though customer have transferred it. Even if we raise a ticket regarding the issue, they are not responding. Getting no answer from them. No contact numbers, email I'd or anything. Worst app I have ever seen. Losing your credibility and confidence by users. Worrying why I used this app now.

Totally wrost company no support number and if you create a ticket then it will take 5 to 6 days for reply and do not know when you payment are hold. Very poor service.
