The “Knowledge Test” application is intended for an employee to pass a knowledge test in the form of testing in various areas: labor protection, industrial safety, fire safety, etc.
Tests for which an employee must pass a knowledge test are assigned by the responsible person in the main database in the “Training and knowledge testing” section. An employee will be able to take the test on his mobile device, and the test result will be recorded in the main database on the server.
Depending on the training and knowledge testing process established by the organization, employees using a mobile application will be able to take testing both remotely (at their workplaces) and while in the classroom or classroom.
Another advantage of mobile testing is that by automating this process, there will be no need to purchase desktop computers and appropriate furniture for the classroom, and this, in turn, will lead to a more optimal use of classroom space, and more employees will be able to take the knowledge test at the same time. When using the Knowledge Test application, you will not need to print out paper tests for each employee.
The mobile application will allow you to optimize the organization of the knowledge testing process and compliance with established deadlines.
This is especially true for large organizations and enterprises with a large number of employees, departments located at a considerable distance from each other.
Scenario for working in a mobile application:
· The responsible employee (for example, an occupational safety specialist) in the main database assigns tests to employees.
· An employee downloads and installs the application on his mobile device, undergoes authorization (it is possible to authorize using a QR code), and receives the tests assigned to him.
· Answering questions takes a test. Upon completion, the test result is recorded in the main database.
· The responsible employee creates a knowledge test protocol in the system.
