It's not a bad app. The picture taking could use improvement. When the flash is on and you take a pic, it lights up the whole picture, and you do not get a clear pic. Usually, you have to use a flashlight in 1 hand and try and take pic with the other hand. The camera should have an optional floating shutter button. Also, we should have the ability to clock on/off jobs from the app.

Work at a Ford dealership, when trying to take photos of damage to attach to work order, is difficult because the app will not allow me to switch the camera to the back camera. Only allows me to use the front camera and Im not looking to take a selfie.... I have already tried going though the settings, clearing caches, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Cannot switch the camera view.

slow, clunky, has to be deleted and reinstalled just for it to hopefully send video that can be opened.
