constantly doesn't let me pay for bills. works maybe 30% of the time then randomly doesn't. it has been a pain for every simple transaction.

Bad experience with the app. I had to wait almost two days for it to work again. I need to perform several transactions and couldn't. Goodbye Scotiabank.
