9 out of 10 times the app is "down for maintenance".

The older versions of the apps was better (my only complaint is that the apps does not have the Option to transfer cash to another country). This new version is even worse, I can only use this apps once, now this apps keep on give me a pop up message saying that I have done too many transactions. I have uninstall and reinstall but still the apps pop up messages telling me that I have done many transactions.

If you are a tourist, then never use an ATM or this bank. ATMs glitch and freeze. Accordingly, the card is not returned. The bank also refuses to return the card. They say: “everything left in the ATM is destroyed” and advise you to get a new card. This advice is very relevant when you are 12K kilometers from home.
