Valma Entertainment – Staff App
Valma Entertainment is the internal application for event staff. Designed exclusively for personnel authorized by the administrator, it allows for quick and secure management of access and ticket sales from a mobile device.
For Access Staff (Scanner): Scan ticket QR codes directly with the device's camera. The app instantly validates whether a ticket is valid, has already been used, or does not correspond to the event, displaying the result clearly. It also allows for manual search by code in case of difficulties reading the QR code.
For Sales Staff (Cashier): Manage ticket sales at the event's point of sale. Check seat availability, select locations, and register the transaction quickly.
Restricted Access: This application does not allow the registration of new users. Only accounts previously created and authorized by the system administrator can access the app.
