About this app

WariGoo Operations is the work app for staff at businesses that offer delivery on WariGoo, a food delivery platform in Peru. It's used by the kitchen, cashier, or dispatch team at each location to receive, accept, and prepare orders placed by customers through the WariGoo app.

What can you do with WariGoo Operations?

• Receive orders instantly: each new order arrives with a notification, eliminating the need to constantly check the screen.

• View order details: products, quantities, selected options, and customer notes.

• Update order status: accept orders with an estimated preparation time and mark them as being prepared and ready for pickup.

• Manage stock: mark products or options as out of stock so customers don't order them when they're unavailable.

• Check daily activity: review the restaurant's hours and order history.

How to get started?

1. The business owner creates your account in the WariCom app using your name and email address.

2. Log in with that email address and the code we sent you; no password is required.

3. Activate notifications to be notified of each new order.
