Peaklike Personnel is a mobile application designed for waiters and delivery drivers of restaurants using Peaklike. It's instantly connected to your restaurant's Peaklike panel: orders sent by a waiter to the kitchen appear on the panel, and packages assigned to a delivery driver appear on the driver's phone within seconds.
FOR WAITER/WAITERS
• See all tables on a single screen: empty, occupied, and bill amounts at a glance. • Add items from the menu; mark options, extras, and ingredients to be removed. • Send orders to the kitchen with a single touch. • View bills; accept payments in cash, by credit card, or meal vouchers, and enter billing information if necessary. • Orders placed via QR code on the table are also included on the same bill.
FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS
• See your assigned delivery orders in order. • Get directions to the address with a single touch, and call the customer. • Instantly notify the restaurant of the status with "On the Way" and "Delivered". • Select the reason for undelivered orders and send it to the restaurant. • Receive notifications when a new order is assigned.
LOCATION USAGE
When the courier is on duty, their location is transmitted to the restaurant's panel; the restaurant then assigns the order to the nearest courier. Location is only shared while the application is open and the "Peaklike — you're on duty" line is visible in the notification bar; sharing stops when the application is closed. Location history is not kept, only the last location is stored. Location is not used in waiter accounts.
WHO CAN USE IT?
The application is intended for the staff of Peaklike member restaurants. Your account is created by your restaurant; you use the phone number and password provided by your restaurant to log in. New accounts cannot be created from within the application.
