AboutTrying to stop a bad habit or start a good habit is hard. As somebody who has failed to quit countless times, I can tell you that you will definitely fail many times on your habit building journey.
That is why I created this app, which helps you track your habit progress and keep you motivated, one milestone at a time.
What are milestones? At each step in your no journey to freedom, you will achieve milestones, which will help you track and celebrate the small steps. And small steps is the key to success. Everything starts with a single step.
Although this app will help, it does not do everything. Instead, you should use it with other apps/habits/methods. This will give you the best chance to stop and quit any addiction or bad habit.
