Erste MobilBank – for retail users
From now on, I do my banking in a different way!
Our application is rethought based on user feedbacks and current trends.
Try out the usual, but redesigned features: now you can either start a new order from the main menu with just a few clicks, or manage your debit cards, view your account history, set a favorite account or check your balance ... and enjoy the newest benefits that make the use of Erste MobilBank easier: biometric identification, simplified transaction confirmation and primary account change!
For the use of Erste MobilBank, no new contract is required, but can only be used with existing active Erste NetBank access.

App activation, registration
Download the app, and start it.
After it, the application prompts you to confirm the automatic SMS scanning or the direct call of TeleBank from the application.
For the first login, you will need your NetBank username and Password, and the SMS transaction code.
You may choose a 6-digit PIN (mPIN), with which it is possible to login to the application – or you can choose the most comfortable biometric identification if you like.
After these steps, Erste MobilBank is available any time, any place.
