identi Smart Tag helps you protect your pet and gives you extra support if they ever go missing.
Connected to your pet’s Smart Tag, the app keeps their important details in one place and gives you the tools to act quickly when it matters most.

Create your pet’s profile
Keep your pet’s important information together, including their photos, temperament, medical information, allergies and other useful details.

Connect their Smart Tag
Link your pet’s Smart Tag to their profile. If someone finds your pet, they can scan the QR code to access the information you’ve chosen to share and help get them safely home.

Know when their tag has been scanned
See Smart Tag activity in the app, including when your pet’s tag has been scanned and, where available, the location of the scan.

Get help if your pet goes missing
Report your pet as lost, add their last known location and access tools designed to help spread the word and support their safe return.

Keep the right people connected
Add additional contacts to your pet’s profile, so the people who help care for them can be included too. Holiday Mode also lets you temporarily change the contact details associated with your pet while they’re in someone else’s care.

Stay in control of what you share
Manage your pet’s profile and privacy settings, giving you control over the information available when their Smart Tag is scanned.
