I'm not impressed with the app so far. It is either buggy or poorly designed and the option to contact support leads to their feedback function, so it is even difficult to contact them. Update - the date selector appeared to be broken, but it works. It appears that the first day of use is not eligible to be selected, but without any messaging it just looked broken. I was also getting prompted to do a check-up, but the option to actually do it showed up a day afterwards.

First of all, what happened to all the reviews? I've been using this app since December, and what started out as a great concept with promise has turned into an utter failure. I am on my 4th sensor now, that still doesn't work properly, and the changes to the app have resulted in a UI that feels clunky to navigate. I had high hopes for this product, but I doubt I'll be renewing my subscription.

monitor stops giving info.. does not show his activity like it did. my dog has a heart condition.. and it isnt doing what its marketed to do.. I might find another service if we cannot get this working correctly. its gotten better after 3 days of inactivity after 2 failed firlmare updates.
