I have been using the app since last year. So once in a blue moon, I would occassionally login to check account balance or take advantage of favorable exchange rates (remit). As of today, it logs me out immediately after I sign in (twice). I did an update, but probelm still persists. Update: Issue resolved: I uninstalled app and reinstalled. App works now.

It's too slow. It wastes a good chunk of my time just to use it. No matter how good my internet speed is, it just takes too long to open the app, another too long time to login, another too long time to load the contents of the home page, then a few seconds delay before button clicks take effect. Then also too long time to wait for every processes the app does.

This "new app version" is the worst and a downgrade. It keeps on loading everytime. Every click you made just keeps on loading. Especially when you need to send money, it just keeps on loading and then it will generate an error message and you will just get pissed off because you cannot send money. The old version is better because every click you made will load instantly and does not keep on loading. Just bring back the old app version!!!
