App is very slow in loading. All feature took a very long time to load. I have 300mbps internet, but the app doesn't it is ridiculously slow. Letters are so small that some people might be lost just navigating it. It seems like developers didn't even tested it. Is a banking app that will bore you too. Kindly improve, anlayo sa ibang banking app.

I have not been able to use this app for months now. I can't even open the app. Trying to transfer via online banking but is not requiring me to update the app to verify via biometrics.... but the app is already updated.

your app keeps crashing. when is the target date to fix. I always need to clear data to enable login. however I can't send money since it needs 24 hrs of every clear data.
