UPDATED at the bottom: what happened? I changed to a new phone and now the app keeps crashing, I cannot open the app any,I thought maybe I just needed to update but when I checked the playstore there are no updates available, I tried to tap "OPEN" on the app but nothing happens. UPDATE: I reinstalled the app and its working now.However, I'm just going to give it 3 stars(for now) because it still takes awhile for the app to load any page on its screen.

The app is crashing it suddenly close. I cant even log in to my account. Useless, even the address when creating an account was outdated, the municipality where I reside is not even there. Its so frustrating

Can't register, the account number is accurate along with personal details but after second step (name & bday) it throws me back to the first step without any explanation if there is an error or what the error is. The full name and bday is accurate but why is there no indication of what the error is? This is annoying and disappointing. EDIT: I was able to sign up through the website instead. Now I'm able to log in to the app. It's disappointing that I still have to do this runaround.
