Ratings and reviews

App is very slow in loading. All feature took a very long time to load. I have 300mbps internet, but the app doesn't it is ridiculously slow. Letters are so small that some people might be lost just navigating it. It seems like developers didn't even tested it. Is a banking app that will bore you too. Kindly improve, anlayo sa ibang banking app.

The app keeps crashing. The interface is simple and works for me. But you have to fix the issue. I thought it's just me--maybe my phone or the storage or the internet. Turns out, others experience it as well.

I have not been able to use this app for months now. I can't even open the app. Trying to transfer via online banking but is not requiring me to update the app to verify via biometrics.... but the app is already updated.
