Some users who says they don't receive OTP doesn't read the instruction on SMS people you need to reply from PSBank SMS you just have to type 'YES' from that specific SMS. :3 Anyway 5 star ratings from me

Such a waste of time to apply or open an account, i applied but got declined i mean how do you profile your customer? please dont waste your time downloading this app.

Do not underestimate this little issue in your app, it might become one of the reasons why clients switch to other banks or banking apps. Your app keep crashing. OTPs arrived after the session had expired. Log-in and loading too slow, 1-2 minutes. My experience just before writing this review: On my phone, the app is crashing, I need to fix it, I cleaned the cache but it won't work, I then cleared the data, and successfully log-in in about 2 hours. Just imagine 2 hours, it's very frustrating.
