UPDATED at the bottom: what happened? I changed to a new phone and now the app keeps crashing, I cannot open the app any,I thought maybe I just needed to update but when I checked the playstore there are no updates available, I tried to tap "OPEN" on the app but nothing happens. UPDATE: I reinstalled the app and its working now.However, I'm just going to give it 3 stars(for now) because it still takes awhile for the app to load any page on its screen.

The app is crashing it suddenly close. I cant even log in to my account. Useless, even the address when creating an account was outdated, the municipality where I reside is not even there. Its so frustrating

The app takes a long time to load. In fact, even just opening the app, I have already a loading time. For every option I choose, there is a loading time. Opening the App, Logging in, Selecting an option etc. Every step takes at least a minute to load. And when you get to the final step, it fails saying I have weak connection. I'm connected to a 75 Mbps, what speed do you need to go online banking? The other bank App I use do not have this isssue.
