About this app

Wash Me is an online application for car wash services that will address the inconvenience and struggles in the traditional brick and mortar car wash, and the ultimate goal of the app is to convert the customers of the traditional brick and mortar car wash to our platform Wash Me.

With the Wash Me app, customers can book a car wash service at their preferred place and time of the day through their smartphones. Once the customer opens the application on their mobile phone, the drop pin will appear indicating their location, then the customer will choose the car size, input their car plate number, model and color and the wash me vehicles and crew will go to their place to perform the car wash service at their convenience.

The overall goal of this app is to bring value to the customers through convenience, this app is for the customers who like their cars clean, shiny, and presentable, but have little or no time for a car wash service, and wishing that never again will they have to wake up early, drive, fall in line, or wait for their turn. With just a few taps on their smartphone through the Wash Me app customers can simply sit back and relax as we bring the service to you.

Ratings and reviews

Service and quality of work is very poor. The app doesn't work at all. When you select a specific package with them directly (not using the app) the service personnel selects a more expensive package and they do not follow the client's request. Not worth the time & experience.

The app is not responsive. The customer service is poor. Waited for hours even after the estimated time of arrival of the washer. Good thing i didnt pay. Would not recommend this.

So far, all washers we've contracted are all fast and professional. They even worked within the noisy schedule of our village. Pick Marvin, he's my best guy there. App is ok but you can also book via Messenger.
