The app connects you with local service providers. GoodWork runs their own laundry service and they are very reliable: they promise return within 48h and did it in less each time. The other services depend on the providers who accept your job. I did on ac cleaning and it was great - thorough l, fixed price and inexpensive. I had two cleanings, one good but very slow, resulting in extra charge for overtime. The second was quick, finishing on tume. If you like a provider, you can request them.

The big idea behind the app is great, but so far, I've booked 1 job, and I had a bad experience. 😕 I'd wanted to leave a thorough review, but the Goodwork app won't let me. Writing my review within the app is verrry difficult! I couldn't see what I was typing, the whole box was covered by the keyboard. There also wasn't a help section in the app. Maybe they actually DON'T want us to give an honest review? 😕

I've used this app for several types of services and it has been a lifesaver. Professional and friendly staff in my experience. The app is very easy to use and there is transparency throughout the whole process. New added features like the calendar makes it easier to book services instead of back and forth with a contractor.
