SUPER INCONVENIENT AND USELESS APP!! YOUR APP DEVELOPERS SHOULD FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE ITS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, A TRANSACTION WHICH IS SUPPOSEDLY TO BE EASY ONLINE AND CAN BE PROCESSED IN 5 MINUTES WILL TAKE YOU 3 WEEKS TO COMPLETE BECAUSE OF MANY ERROR PROMPTS, LOADING TIME, ETC. I rather ride miles away from my home than to waste my time trying to accomplish my transactions online which is supposed to be convenient. I hope people will find it useful. Troubleshooting didn't help.

There is a lot of bugs and problem I encountered while I am using the app. I tried to use it one day to apply for a health certificate however upon fill out and sumbitting the documents it keeps on loading Ive waited for it,but believe it or not it is almost 15 minutes that have past, and there ks still no progress still the app is loading. I have to retry it again but afterwards it said that I have existing application when I check in history to continue the said application there is none.

I cannot upload my documentd for the specific clearance that i needed. Already tried it in computer, different browser, incognito and also int hsi application but it doesn't work. It is really frustrating. Also I emailed them but no response. This is unbelievable. I am very disappointed!!
