UPDATE: Lately, it's been really difficult to make any transactions whether it's money in or money out of the app. So far the customer support is prompt is responding, however no solutions have been made. --- -- - - My whole experience is positive. All my queries were answered promptly and all the transactions were smooth. It's a convenient way for me to pay my SSS fees while working overseas.

its taking too long to remit from wallet to bank, its been 3 months and my transaction is not yet completed. lately it's difficult to make transactions. very easy to register and a user friendly application. customer service responds promptly and acted upon my query. upgrading limit is easy and fast. serge from compliance team was helpful and responsive to my request and query. keep up the good work!

To future users. Please do not use this app. I'm telling you, their payments are always delayed to the point that it's been months until they will just void your payment and will just refund it to your account. And now, your dues is missed because of this. My trust rating to them is 0/5. Learn from my mistake. Chances were given but their issues were never fixed.
