UPDATE: Lately, it's been really difficult to make any transactions whether it's money in or money out of the app. So far the customer support is prompt is responding, however no solutions have been made. --- -- - - My whole experience is positive. All my queries were answered promptly and all the transactions were smooth. It's a convenient way for me to pay my SSS fees while working overseas.

its taking too long to remit from wallet to bank, its been 3 months and my transaction is not yet completed. lately it's difficult to make transactions. very easy to register and a user friendly application. customer service responds promptly and acted upon my query. upgrading limit is easy and fast. serge from compliance team was helpful and responsive to my request and query. keep up the good work!

I tried to top up using paypal, after to days it is still in "awaiting payment" status and my wallet is still zero balance. How many days will the money goes to the wallet? I think the top up transaction is too slow. -edit: i just send email to customer care and it was fixed instantly. I just hope there's no need to send an email before it goes to the wallet next time so we will trust your app. And thank you for the fast response. Change the rating from 2 to 3 stars.
