I can't log in to the app. It says username and password do not match. When I talked to the branch employee that made the acc for me so that I can easily shop, it logs in her device while in ours it doesn't. The branch employee made the order for us and when she was done I received a text message stating that our orders has been placed. IDK what kind of technical problem this is that the employee can't answer herself. The rating will change after the issue is solved.

Always crashing after a few minutes of browsing through the catalogue. Pls fix this. It is so inconvenient and waste of time when have to open the app and browse again from the start. Also, there's no visible category of underwear and other things. You have to search for it first. This is very inconvenient too.
