Built on the Navorehistro framework (One Citizen, One Identity), the app allows citizens to access the city’s services catalogue anytime and anywhere through a simple and reliable mobile experience.
Designed for all Navoteños, NavApp provides convenient access to government aid and benefits, as well as health and community services. As part of the City’s digital transformation initiative, NavApp supports Navotas’ shift from manual processes to digital-first governance, making public services more accessible, efficient, and citizen-focused.
