The old Order History view has evolved into **Sales Performance**, giving merchants a clearer picture of how their restaurant is doing.

* Spot trends without digging through individual orders
* Export polished PDF reports for sharing and recordkeeping
* Open and share reports directly from supported mobile builds

**Why it matters:** Merchants can make faster, data-backed decisions with less spreadsheet gymnastics.

## Smoother Order Operations

Accepting and managing orders now takes fewer taps—and causes fewer headaches.

* Clearer **Accept Order** and order-details flows
* Improved layouts for everyday kitchen and operations use
* Order details remain accessible above the mobile navigation
* Long orders scroll properly, with more reliable modal sizing

**Why it matters:** Staff can process orders quickly, even during the lunchtime stampede.

## Mobile Navigation That Makes Sense

Merchantmo now features fixed bottom navigation on restaurant pages, putting the most-used tools within easy thumb reach.

* Quickly access **Apps**, **Orders**, and connection status
* The desktop-style hamburger drawer has been retired on smaller screens
* The dashboard toolbar now focuses on the essentials: merchant name, Stocks, Settings, and Test Order

**Why it matters:** Less menu hunting, more getting things done.

## Easier Menu and Store Editing

Managing a menu should not feel like solving a puzzle with the buttons hidden.

* Save, Delete, and Cancel remain visible while editing foods, categories, and customizers
* Menu windows fit within the screen and scroll internally
* Mobile Menu Builder categories are separated from the header and search bar
* Item tiles receive more usable screen space

**Why it matters:** Merchants can update menus faster without losing changes—or losing the Save button.

## Chat Directly With Customers

Merchants can now start a conversation with customers after accepting an order.

* Send text messages and photos
* Allow or disable customer photo uploads
* Close and reopen conversations when needed
* Messages support up to 350 characters
* Duplicate-message protection and content moderation are built in

**Why it matters:** Missing item? Unclear address? Special request? Merchants can resolve order concerns directly before they turn into bigger problems.
