App needs improvement. Account Verification selection criteria appears vague at times, options given are too broad but then become too specific. For example, the entry under address (unit no., Floor, building) should have a not applicable option. Employment selection has a selection for space and robotics, whereas health care has none (should it be in primary industry?), should have a selection for other types of work. Functional but needs improvement.

Cash in should be somewhat as easy as a fund transfer on a mobile banking app. Also, please include all the details/instructions of cash in within the app and not on a separate email. If not for the pandemic applying for Bonds with physical Bank would have been easier compared to your app but I do know you're improving this. Kudos!

👎 for launching and promoting a half baked app. It's difficult to verify an account. In updating my address, I had to choose Las Piñas from province/state drop down field then I had to choose from a limited list of subdivisions. Province/State should list all PH provinces not Metro Manila cities City dropdown should list cities, not subdivision names. I'll probably decide to invest once app gets improved. Update after 3 months, they still didn't fix it. Will uninstall the app.
